Abu Simbel, Egypt

The Abu Simbel temples are two massive rock temples in Abu Simbel  in Nubia, southern Egypt. They are situated on the western bank of Lake Nasser, about 230 km southwest of Aswan (about 300 km by road). The complex is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the “Nubian Monuments,” which run from Abu Simbel downriver to Philae (near Aswan)

Victoria Falls is a waterfall in southern Africa on the Zambezi River at the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe.

While it is neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, it is claimed to be the largest. This claim is based on a width of 1,708 metres and height of 108 metres, forming the largest sheet of falling water in the world. The falls’ maximum flow rate compares well with that of other major waterfalls.

The Ranger Uranium Mine, one of the most productive uranium mines in the world, is surrounded by separation from the park.
